In our online communities, we have a filtering system that can find themes and key words for us, but we are not believers in computers doing the thinking. The research insights come from ourselves and the way we use and analyse the information - which is in the traditional way. We feel a lot of standardised platforms offer fancy analytical systems that become quite robotic and too focused on language rather than feeling and the experience of the moderator actually interacting with these people.
We bring all our skills and experience into our quantitative analysis, interpreting data and responses, drilling down into findings to uncover underlying patterns, and bringing it all together to highlight the implications for the client.
We always make practical recommendations and can work with the client to develop an action plan if required. We can present the findings, provide a written report or provide interactive dashboards (or all three). Or we can just give you the raw data. The choice is yours.
